European Studies
Overview
The European Studies minor helps prepare students for careers in multiple fields by providing a cohesive program of study in the arts, history, languages, and society of one or more European nations, or by providing a foundation for advanced study in one of several disciplines such as European Union Studies, Fine Arts, European Languages and Literatures, European History, International Business, International Law, International Relations, or Journalism. The minor is versatile and can be customized to complement an individual student's interests in various fields of study. At least four of the courses in the minor curriculum qualify for general education credit. This program is supervised by the departments of History and Language, Literatures, and Cultures, and the Wonsook Kim School of Art.
